Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email support.polishedritual@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

We will review your request and coordinate with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method as promptly as possible.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

If a physical return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Polished Ritual will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns must be sent to the designated fulfillment warehouse, which may differ from the address shown on your original shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including for opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, skincare, personal care tools, or other merchandise.

This restriction does not affect your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect products under applicable law.
